Engagement Session

Family Session ~Oregon Family Photographer~

The G Family
Brr....it was cold when we took these pictures! Though the snow had melted, I had thought that it would make a great Christmas card picture if there was a little snow. Oh well, I think we got some cute ones!

11 Grandchildren
On Saturday I met with a family to take an annual shot of the grandkids. There are 11 of them ranging in ages from 16 down to 2 years old. It was pretty challenging to get them all looking at the camera at the same time. But I think we got a few good shots. The youngest of them all was having a hard time being in the pictures, but mom and dad would plop her down, run out of the frame and we would snap a few pictures (while she was crying) before she ran off. :) Even crying, she was an adorable little girl.
I have not gone through the entire lot yet, but here are 2 images I have found so far....this family is blessed with good looks!

The Principal's Office

I have always remembered how to spell principal (vs. principle) because the principal is your "pal". :) I recently took family pictures of the principals family. Pam and I work together on the leadership team for the mom's group that I attend and her husband is the principal for a local school.
Their kids were so sweet and ready to pose for pictures. Their littlest one wanted to see the picture after we took each one...he is just too cute!

Sweet "P" Family

Some of my good friends let me take some family portraits this weekend. Their daughter is so funny. She has the biggest, brownest eyes and is absolutely adorable. I don't feel like I know her all that well, she is only 1 afterall. But take a look at these pictures and I think her personality is captured here. (Beth, tell me if I am wrong...)
I absolutely love how the picture in front of the holly (above) turned out so "Christmas'y'"
Just click on the pictures to see them big.

I said they were going to be hard!

I am just now finishing up with my friend Erin's pictures. I had to interupt her pictures to work on a family session. (Which I just finished up!) I knew her pictures were going to be hard. But yet, in a way they were really easy. Just hard to decide which pictures to keep and which to throw out. So, here are a few more of my final favorites.
I couldn't decide which collage I liked better, so I put them both on. And...this is exactly how I know Erin. Always laughing and full of fun! I love that!
