Easy Chewy Granola Bars- Only 3 ingredients!

Is this really my first post of the year?! I have been enjoying some much needed time off with my family over the holidays (and longer!) After searching pinterest today for a good, easy granola bar recipe, and coming up short, I decided I had to post this one. Hope you enjoy it!

Chewy Granola Bars

2 cups peanut butter 1 1/2 cups light corn syrup 9 cups granola with almonds, raisins & honey (Quaker)
Butter a 9x13 pan. Heat corn syrup in large pan over med-hi heat. Bring to boil, and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter until smooth. Measure granola into a large bowl. Pour peanut butter mixture over granola and mix carefully. Press into pan evenly. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Cut into bars. 
Makes about 24 bars. 
My kids and husband loved these!

Linn County Fair ~Albany, OR Photography

We got to go to the Linn County Fair as a family on Saturday evening. My husband's company generously offers tickets every year....its great! So I decided to try and sharpen my skills a bit with some twilight photography! I love the ferris wheel love taking pictures of the ferris wheel. (I just realized this year that I would rather ride something like the zipper, then to sit at the top of the ferris wheel!)

I met with this sweet family in one of my very favorite locations! Year round, this grove of "Happy Trees" is the BEST place to go! These kiddos were so easy to work with and look so cute in every single image!

Family Session...Gotta love the fall leaves!

We had fun playing in the leaves!

My friend Erin and her sweet kiddos met with me at a local park....we had a fun time. (Of course, Erin is always fun to hang out with, lots of laughs!) I can't believe how her kids have grown since I last saw them!

I met Megan's family last fall when our daughters were on the same soccer team. And they were lucky enough to play on the same team again this year! Anyway...I had a lot of fun taking Megan's senior pictures. She has a natural beauty about her. Her images were all so great it was hard to choose my favorites...but here are a few. :)

Pumpkins, Apples and Babies!!!

I love fall!! *Have I said that yet?! Harvest time, pumpkins, apples, cinnamon, candles....crunchy leaves! I love it all...and the colors are gorgeous! Here are a few shots of all the babies I have been shooting this fall. (That just doesn't sound right!)

A few family sessions...

In the fall I often have lots of family sessions....and this year was no exception!

I love meeting with families and enjoying the fall colors. We had several nice days in late September and early October. (Yes, I am a bit behind on blogging!)

Each of these families was so much fun to work with too! Many of them have done sessions with me in the past and its always fun to see how kids have grown and changed. I also love meeting some new families too!
